How does Cards on Que work?
Cards on Que delivers cards to your clients automatically while you are busy building your business. You select the program you want, then the cards and messages from our database that fit your business and personality, send in your client names and addresses and decide on the frequency. Cards on Que does the rest. Your clients will receive your cards, with your message, on the months that you pre-selected. Each card always includes your personalized signed signature (as close as we can do), business card with commemorative postage. We do all the work and you get all the credit.
How do I measure the results and will I see results from the fist mailing?
Remember, you are sending these client loyalty and retention cards to clients that know you and have done business with you in the past. Statistics show that most people, if they had a good experience with you and the customer service was a good one, they will most likely to business with you again. In addition, they will refer you to people they know. That is the true concept of marketing and building your repeat and referral business. Measurable increases can be seen immediately with the money budget. It is far less expensive to market to existing customers then to bring aboard a new one. Some get responses with the first mailing and others only after a couple. It is the consistency over time that makes the strong and profitable stream of income.
What if changes need to be made to my client list?
You can always make changes. All you need to do is notify us by email or fax. You can add, delete clients, and make changes to client’s addresses that have moved. We immediately make the changes and they will be updated for your next mailing. Prior to each mailing we send you a copy of your client list to look over and make any changes that might be required. You always have an updated database on hand.
How do I send you my client list?
We prefer an Excel spreadsheet preferably in (*.CSV file format). You can click on our spreadsheet and fill it out or send it in any other Excel format. Most databases and (ACT! Access, and even your Outlook email can be exported into Excel. If you do not know how to do this, do not panic, just give us a call and we will help you get the client names to us.
If I want my business cards added to my mailings?
As part of this unique service we include stuffing your business card in each card. We will need you to supply us with enough cards for all the mailings. If you can send us enough to cover all the mailings that is preferred. If not, send us as many as you can and we will notify you when we need more cards. We have plenty of room to store all your cards
When do you mail the cards?
The mailing schedule is as follows:
We will contact you between the 1-10 day of the month to obtain new client information and/or send you the mailing information for approval, when appropriate.
Follow-Up Program cards...mailed between the 11-15 day of the month
Sphere Program cards...mailed between the 16-20 day of the month
Invoices/Statements...charged/billed between the 21-25 day of the month
Birthday Program cards...mailed 5-11 days before the client birthday
One-Time Program cards...mailed within 3-5 business days of receiving the order or 5-11 days before the occasion.
At this time we only accept payment by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. The charge will be posted to your account between the 21-25 day of the month (a statement and receipt will be mailed to you). You will only be billed on the months when there is activity on your account. For card purchases only, your credit card will be billed when your order ships.
For Companies that must send an invoice to the Corporate office, we will send them an invoice for them to forward. It is still the responsibility of the office that ordered the cards to follow up and make sure the corporate checks are processed.

Yes! We would be happy to send you samples and more details about the programs at any time.
How secure is my client list?
Cards on Que has a custom software program which we import your client list directly into our system. Once we have your client list ready, we print a report that lists the client's name and address and what mailing program they are on. We will send this report to you for approval before your mailing goes out. Before each subsequent mailing, we will send the same report of any new clients you have added since your last mailing.
Your cards are sent out with your name and address on the envelopes, we are not mentioned in any place. If you receive a card that has an address change, you will need to update us; we will have no knowledge of this till you tell us. We do not release your database list to anyone but you or a POC that you specify. Any client information you send to us is strictly confidential and will not be shared or sold to anyone. We would be happy to sign a confidentiality agreement if you need us to.
How do I know when the cards have mailed?
Remember, this unique service is showing you as the one doing all the work. You have to know, when the cards are sent. For this we add you to your client list in the Sphere mailing, so you get the mailed card just as your clients are. This is a complimentary service that will get you abreast with all the mailings. For the other programs we create a report that lists each client and the program and card that was sent.

Can I cancel at any time?
Our marketing programs are 1 year or 2 year programs. We do allow you to cancel at anytime, with a cancellation fee associated. This cancellation fee is $1 per card you have still pending till the end of the marketing program. Example: You have quarterly mailings with 100 clients on your mailing list. You are canceling after 2 mailings. Your cancellation fee will be $200 for the cards that have not been mailed.
